Shipping Policy

We deliver to addresses within Australia. We do not currently ship overseas.

• Sydney metro: free delivery on all tables. Slate tables include professional installation and levelling.
• Melbourne and Brisbane metro: free delivery on MDF and folding tables. Slate table delivery and installation is quoted.
• All other areas: delivery is quoted after you order.

Our metro areas are defined by postcode. You can check your postcode on any product page.

If you order for delivery outside our free delivery areas, select "Outside Sydney metro: delivery quote to follow" at checkout. We will contact you with a delivery quote before your order is dispatched. If you do not accept the quote, we will cancel your order and refund you in full.

After you order, we contact you by phone or email to confirm your order and book a delivery window. Delivery timeframes depend on stock and your location; we will give you an estimate when we book. Someone aged 18 or over must be home to receive the delivery and, for installations, to show our team where the table is to go.

Please tell us about any stairs, lifts, narrow doorways, hallways or parking restrictions in your cart notes or when we call. Where access is difficult, extra charges may apply; we will always tell you before delivery and you can cancel for a full refund if you do not wish to proceed.

If our team cannot safely deliver because access is materially different from what was described, we may need to rebook. [Add any redelivery fee here, if applicable.]

Slate tables delivered in Sydney metro are assembled, the slate fitted and levelled by our team. The floor where the table is installed should be level and able to bear the weight of the table.

MDF and folding tables are delivered for home assembly unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please inspect your table on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, note it with the delivery team where possible and contact us as soon as you can with photos. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
