Returns & Refunds Policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your table is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law, and we will cover reasonable costs of collecting and returning the goods.
Change of mind
Because pool tables are large, heavy items that are delivered and often installed, [choose one and delete the other]:
- OPTION A: We accept change-of-mind returns within [X] days of delivery, provided the table is unused, in its original condition and, where possible, original packaging. Original delivery and installation costs and the cost of collection are not refunded. [State the collection fee or how it is calculated.]
- OPTION B: We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a table has been delivered or installed. You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. If you ordered for delivery outside our free delivery areas and do not accept the delivery quote we send you, we will cancel and refund your order in full.
Commercial orders
Commercial and venue orders on quoted pricing may be subject to separate terms set out in your quote. Your consumer guarantees still apply where the Australian Consumer Law applies to the purchase.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method. Refunds for buy now, pay later purchases are processed through that provider. [Add your usual processing time, e.g. "within X business days of approval".]
